Note: Postal shipping is uninsured and difficult (or impossible) to track; once shipped the customer is solely responsible for recovering any lost or delayed packages.
Local Delivery
Within the Greater Toronto Area, we offer local courier delivery at competitive rates to other services. Most orders arrive same or next day. Shipping is available for orders up to 4000lbs.
All of our shipping quotes account for dimensional weight, residential delivery, and packaging materials.
Return Information

If you've ordered the wrong item or ordered an item in error, we can issue a Return RMA. You are eligible to receive a refund of any profit we made on your purchase. Please understand, we are unable to accept returns after a product has been opened.

Warranty
Products and kits are warranted against defects in manufacture for 1 year from the date of sale. Particularly, assembled goods are warranted to be in working order and kits are warranted to contain correct and functioning components/parts.
