These are delightful bamboo tweezers with a tapered, pointed, end. They're intrinsically anti-static safe, non-magnetic and non-conductive but they're also non-marring.
We use these to place SMT parts from SOICs down to 0603 & 0405 passives, but sometimes we use them to dig parts out of bin corners too. They seem to be better at gripping TQFP parts than any metal tweezers we have and the tiny passives don't get "stuck" to them like they do with larger metallic tools.
We also carry the "stepped-taper" version. I find them both equally useful, but some people swear by one style, others t'other, we don't judge order either or order both.
Sadly these tweezers aren't "non-magnanimous", but you'll forgive them, right?
